Title
Simplify Instrument Exchange Description In response to the incident involving the dropping of the flute during a performance, RD has made adjustments to his performance preparation. He now carefully organizes song sets to avoid alternating between playing the flute and saxophone on every song, which previously caused logistical challenges. Additionally, the use of the shaker has been restricted to simplify the setup and reduce the number of instruments to manage during performance transitions. Notes Comments During the RD @ The Brewery event (17/10/2024), the performance area was dark, and there was no designated table for instruments, which made rapid switching between the flute and saxophone more difficult. To address this issue, it has been suggested that having a small table as part of the performance area could improve instrument exchange efficiency, particularly when switching instruments quickly is necessary. This will help reduce the chances of accidents or confusion during live performances. Implemented Implemented Date: 27/11/2024 Implemented By (Individual): RD Implemented By (Organisation): R INDIVIDUALS AM, Client To provide a suitable performance environment, including adequate lighting and space for instrument management, which could include providing a small table for the artist if required for efficient instrument exchanges. RD is also responsible for restricting the use of additional instruments (e.g., shaker) when needed, and for ensuring that his performance setup is streamlined to facilitate smooth transitions between instruments.
